For some reason, nostalgia and melancholy are 2 of my favorite feelings. I love photography that evoke these senses. I immediately felt that when I saw Marley Hutchinson’s work. I’m not sure if it’s the content, the colors or the style or a combination, but these images instantly transport me back in time. Even though they feel contemporary, they also give me a sense of childhood and past times where everything was ok.
