A wonderful concept that has been carried through many executions. The artist, Katerina Kamprani has tweaked everyday items that we take for granted and made them completely unusable. I think the idea behind this work is to show us that everything around us that we rely on to live our daily lives is actually really well thought out even though we don’t think about it. When we look at them again, once they have been rendered useless, we really see how brilliant and well thought out they are.
